When you get to a certain level of success in your career / business the media will pay attention to what you are doing. This is most definitely a good thing for your future success, but whatever you do, you don’t want to mess it up.

This short post serves as a very simple suggestion on what NOT to do on a talk show.

The following interview aired tonight on the David Letterman show (it originally aired in 2009). But it’s worth repeating for just a post like this. Please check out Joaquine Pheonix being interviewed by David Letterman and take as many notes as you can. I can barely believe this made it to air. But it did and here we are.
